New and Improved Return Policy!

It’s 2014 and the New Year has brought many changes to Smart Smoke… We are now pleased to introduce you to our new and improved Return Policy!

We love hearing from our customers and this is proof that we DO listen to your feedback!

This policy governs our In-Store Returns and Exchanges.
(…If your Smart Smoke item does not meet the outlined criteria, you are always encouraged to contact Customer Service and we can provide additional help and support!)

In-Store Return and Exchange Policy:

Some items may be eligible for return or exchange under certain conditions. Not all items qualify for return or exchange.

Clearance, discontinued and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items qualifying for return or exchange have a time constraint during which a return or exchange is allowed.

Items qualifying for return or exchange must be presented by the original purchaser at the store from which it was originally purchased.

Items qualifying for return or exchange must be in new and working condition, to be determined by Smart Smoke, with the Smart Smoke™ Logo intact and all included accessories. Example: cone, end cap and charger if applicable.

Damaged or abused items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Proof of identity and proof of purchase may be required.

There are no cash refunds Shipping expenses are not refundable. Acceptable returns will be credited to the card used for purchase.

  • If the card is not present, a gift card or store credit may be issued.
  • If cash was the original method of payment, a gift card or store credit will be issued.

Return criteria

Smart Smoke batteries/chargers/accessories:

  • In new condition, within thirty (30) days of purchase.

SmartNic®,  SmartCart® bottles, Flavor Ups  and Smart Smoke atomizers:

  • Consumables are not eligible for return.

Exchange criteria

Smart Smoke batteries/chargers/accessories:

  • In new condition, within thirty (30) days of purchase.

SmartNic®, SmartCart® bottles, Flavor Ups or Smart Smoke atomizers:

  • If given the wrong item in error, customer must contact Smart Smoke within three (3) days of purchase.
